Goods delivery options
A) Itella Smartpost parcel machine service - usually takes about 1-2 days to receive. You'll receive a notice via sms and email. Free from 25€.
B) Itella SmartKuller courier service - the courier will bring the package to Your selected address and calls before arriving. Always a paid service.
C) DPD parcel machine - usually takes about 1-2 days to receive. You'll receive a notice via sms and email. Free from 25€.
D) Omniva post office - NB! This is not a parcel machine service! You'll have to pick up the parcel from the local post office (the location depends on the address You enter) if the package doesn't fit to the mailbox. You'll receive a notice when it's ready to pick up. Free from 25€.
E) Omniva parcel machine - usually takes up to 3 days to receive. You'll get a sms or email with a notice.
F) Pick it up yourself - You can come and pick the order up from our store - Allika tee 7, Peetri, Rae vald, Estonia.
Outside of Estonia:
A) Registered regular mail – the goods will be sent via Estonian postage system to your home country and the delivery may take up to 1 week (or more, depending on the holidays, workload of the delivery companies and other delivery delays). Customers in Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden should receive their deliveries within 3-4 days. The delivery cost is calculated according to the package weight and the destination country.
B) Finland - Itella Smartpost parcel machines. Usually takes up to 4 days to arrive.
C) Latvia, Lithuania - DPD and Omniva parcel machines. Usually takes about 2-4 days to arrive.
D) Other – if you need a different solution, contact us and we will try our best to organise a suitable delivery for you (via courier, etc.).
Privacy and data protection
All personal data of a customer received in the course of the customer visiting the website of Motokaup.ee and making purchases there are considered to be confidential. Motokaup.ee does not disclose the received data to any third parties; the customer has the right to request the deletion of own data from the database of Motokaup.ee. Encrypted data communication with banks ensures the security of the personal data and banking data of the buyer; Motokaup.ee also has no access to this data.
Goods can be purchased by visitors and by registered users.
Select the products suitable for you and add them to the shopping cart. You can change the quantities of products in the shopping cart; you can also delete products from the shopping cart.
After you have found all the products you need, click the button “Checkout”. Insert Your e-mail address or log in as a registered customer.
Select country and delivery method. Insert Your contact information and address.
Select the preferred payment method, agree with our terms and click "Purchase". If You chose bank links, Paypal, credit card, then You will be redirected to payment gate.
After making the pre-payment for the goods via Internet banking, you will be sent an e-mail with the payment confirmation. If you chose a prepayment invoice, it will be sent to you after placing the order.
After you have paid for the goods via the payment method selected by you, the purchase will be considered effective and your order will be fulfilled.
The agreement comes into force at the moment when the total cost of order is received by the seller on his/her bank account. You can pay via Swedbank, SEB, LHV Internet banking applications, by PayPal and credit card; this makes order handling fast. We also issue pre-payment invoices with the order confirmation; this can be used for paying for the goods via Internet banking or in a branch outlet of a bank.
Having registered as a user before the purchase, you can track your orders and their statuses under “My account”.
Updating account data
The “My account” menu also allows changing your account data (name and e-mail address), password and addresses.
The prices and availability of products may change without advance notice. Sanlab OÜ reserves the right to abandon a sale and to repay the price to the customer’s bank account within 10 business days if the goods cannot be supplied. Sanlab OÜ also reserves the right to refuse a sale if a human error has been made when entering the price of a product into the system or if a system error has caused an incorrect price to be displayed (e.g. if a battery costing 100 EUR is listed with the price of 10 EUR). In relation with this we assume the customer to understand that it’s a mistake and the product is not on sale for such a price. Product information is regularly verified and improved. Data may have changed after your last visit. E-shop may display incorrect details in the product information due to shortcomings in the data sheets of manufacturers. In such cases Sanlab OÜ shall not be responsible for correctness of the product data.
