Our Sandstorm 4E tank bag allows you to adjust the capacity between 13 and 20 liters. To expand the volume, simply release the four velcro straps and pull the outer part upwards. For reducing the volume, tighten the straps until the desired capacity is reached. We find this to be a simple and extremely convenient solution, especially when you need to carry additional items from a store.
